Course Description: A study of the anatomical structures and physiological functions of the endocrine system, circulatory systems, blood and lymph, and respiratory system.
Purpose of Course: To survey to circulatory, digestive, and respiratory system.
Outcome of Learning Course: Students will learn and be able to explain the functions and mechanisms of circulatory, digestive, and respiratory systems.
Method: Instruction will consist of
in-person lectures, reading assignments,
class discussions, and handouts. Classroom questions and discussions are
strongly encouraged. Other instructional techniques may also be employed i.e.
audio-visual presentations, speakers, critical thinking exercises and group
activities.
